The era of partnerships is here

We at Shiptimize have always believed in the power of partnerships. It was from this feeling – that together we can do much bigger and better things – that we created projects like our podcast, Shiptimize on the Record, for example. In it, we interviewed several specialists in eCommerce, Marketing, and Logistics. It is also in this spirit that we are always open to the exchange of articles, having contributed to extremely relevant institutions such as the eCommerce Foundation and Tudo Sobre eCommerce, in Portugal.
Now we take a few more steps in our search for partners with whom we can build a support network that contributes to the common mission of strengthening global eCommerce, with an even greater focus on the markets where we operate. For this reason, we present below our two new initiatives aimed at developing and strengthening strategic partnerships.
Our first partnership initiative is not exactly new. For some years now we have a structure that allows the indication of online stores, but now we make everything more real, not only with our new dedicated page to the program but also with our first affiliates already being benefited by the initiative.
The idea is simple: web design agencies, eCommerce consultants or any other company or professional can indicate online stores, marketplaces, or entrepreneurs who need a simple and effective shipping solution, like ours. In return, each shipping made by the referrals generates a monetary reward for the affiliate. Everything can be managed directly on our platform in a simple and transparent way, thus generating benefits for all involved.
We also recently launched our partner page in which we not only explain the current possibilities, but we open the door to new ideas. These partnerships can be commercial, institutional, or content related and aim to mutually strengthen each of the parties involved in the collaboration, in addition to, of course, adding to the e-commerce market as a whole.
Soon, this will also be the space where we will give visibility to all our partners and their contribution to the world of eCommerce.
An example of a recent contribution was the one that we made to eCommerce specialist Jordi Ordoñez, who led the development of a book focused on helping physical stores to migrate in a quick and well-informed way to the digital world. The initiative is a response to the sudden need encountered by many companies due to the crisis brought about by the new coronavirus, which restricted the operation of stores selling items considered non-essential in many countries, for several weeks. The eBook “Cómo empezar a vender en Internet desde el retail tradicional” (or “How to start selling on the Internet from traditional retail” in Spanish) also includes the participation of other specialists such as Pablo Renaud and Jenny Izaguirre and is a very didactic and detailed guide. As part of the partnership, our readers and customers have access to a 50% discount to acquire the book, using the code “shiptimize” at the time of purchase.
That way, with everyone contributing a little, we continue to strengthen online businesses and physical stores together, as they can find on the internet an important opportunity to remain active.
Yes, the era of partnerships is here and here to stay.
